• Continuance of Cultural awareness in community
• Hold annual bursary fundraiser "Variety Night" event
• Support local students
• Continue liason with Town of Smithers, Affordable Recreation
• Upgrading and promotion of webpage
• Instruction to member groups on financial matters

2) Proposed Management Objectives:

• Streamline budgeting
• More directional involvement with paperwork
• Continue our commitment to foster a growth in the local arts community
• Increase number of Arts Council board members

3) Long Term Planning:

• Continue insurance policy for member groups with increase benefits
• Higher community profile
• Monitor music and art programs in schools
• Extended Cultural Awareness Program to other communities
